ITC Maratha is set to celebrate Ugadi in its award-winning restaurants Dakshin Coastal with special showcase menus. Take a sojourn through the significant traditions of an Ugadi feast, signifying the transition of life itself.

Dakshin Coastal: In tune with the occasion of Ugadi on 22nd March, restaurant will have on offer Majjiga – Spiced buttermilk, Chintakaya Kandipappu Charu, Starters - Palakoora, Bhajji, Mains - Kandagadda Podi Vepudu, Rani Vankaya / Gongura Patchi Royyalu, Panasa Jeedipappu Koora / Natukodi Vepudu, Monagakada Ullipaya Kara Pulusu / Patchi Mirapakai Mamsam Koora, Mamidikai Pappu, Pulihora, Steamed Rice / Curd, Ugadi Patchadi, Appalam / Vadam / Vathal (Basket), Dessert - Pesara Pappu Poornalu, Chilakagadda Payasam will also feature the list.
