Beetroots: 6 No
Full fat milk: 6 cups
Sugar :3 tbsp
Cardamom powder:1 tbsp
Cashewnuts chopped:1 tbsp
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Khoya: 2 tbsp
Method
Wash the beetroots in running water.
Peel them and cut from the bottom.
Grate them using a grater (use the side with large holes to grate the beetroots to make thicker strands).
Heat ghee in a heavy Based kadhai (thick bottom pan).add chopped cashew nuts and sauté until they turn light brown. after transferring them to a plate.
Add grated beetroot in the same Kadai.
