Recipe of the Week by Foodhall- Burrata Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Whole Eggs – 3

Burrata – 2

Cornflour – 10 gms 

Castor Sugar – 100 gms

Mascarpone – 150 gms

Lemon Zest – 2 lemons 

Biscotti / Cookies – 3

Method:

In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese & castor sugar

Add in the eggs, one at a time 

Add the burrata cheese 

Fold in the cornflour & lemon zest 

Bake in a water bath for 20 minutes at 160 degree celsius
